About Cecchini Family Vineyard
The Cecchini Family Vineyard is established as source for quality fruit and sustainable farming practices since the early 2000s. Erggelet Brothers has been farming and managing this property since 2017 with a strong emphasis and organic practices, soil building, livestock integration and minimal intervention. The vineyard ground is chemical free, irrigation is used as little as possible and biodiversity is maintained and supported. The vineyard is an effort to showcase a balance between Contra Costa's climate and growing conditions as well as today's standards of ethical and organic agriculture. The vineyard shares the property with First Generation Farmers, a organic Community Farm and Farm Education Campus that teaches and demonstrates the highest standards of organic farming and has established itself as a beacon for organic farming advocacy in the USA.
