About HammerSky Vineyards

Hammersky's Estate Vineyard sits deep within Paso Robles' Westside on a corner of famed Vineyard Drive. Home to some of the regions finest vineyards and a past history with the Hearst Castle, Hammersky's vineyard contains the "Bordeaux Centric" varietals Merlot and Cabernet along with its 28 year old estate Zinfandel. All fruit from the "Estate" benefits greatly from its distinct terrior that combines the calcareous shale contained in the "Tempelton Gap" soil along with the cooler growing conditions and natural rainfall associated with the area's micro climate. Strict farming practices within the vineyard ensure low yields that deliberately strive to concentrate and intensify fruit complexity and flavor profile. Hammersky's wines benefit greatly from a small lot hand, crafted wine making approach that seeks to highlight the unique qualities of the estate's fruit resulting in complex, structured and flavorful vintages.
